Rodney Clawson is a farmer turned singer/songwriter originally from Gruver, Texas now spending his time in Nashville, TN. Clawson has had some of the biggest stars in Country Music record his songs, including: George Strait, Rascal Flatts, Faith Hill, Big & Rich, Bon Jovi, Gary Allan, Jason Aldean, Neil McCoy, Phil Vassar, to name just a few. A few of Clawson’s hits include the #1 hits: "I Saw God Today" by George Strait, "Lost In This Moment" by Big & Rich, and "Why" by Jason Aldean. Other hits include "Amarillo Sky" and "Johnny Cash" by Jason Aldean, "Sunshine and Summertime" by Faith Hill, "Sweet Southern Comfort" by Buddy Jewell, and many more. Clawson’s hit “I Saw God Today” is a 2008 CMA Award nominated song for Song Of The Year.
