Artist Description
Walter Kirn is a novelist, essayist, and critic who lives in Livingston, Montana. His latest book is Lost in the Meritocracy, a memoir. He is also the the author of the novels, Up in the Air, Thumbsucker, Mission to America, The Unbinding. and She Needed Me, as well as the short story collection, My Hard Bargain. His books, Up in the Air and Thumbsucker were both turned into popular feature films starring, respectively, Vincent D'Onofrio and George Clooney.
