The Civilians (Steven Cosson, Artistic Director), the award-winning New York-based theater company known for projects investigating real life topics, presents Let Me Ascertain You: Occupy #S17: One Year Later.  This special evening will center on the One-Year Anniversary of the Occupy movement. Through interviews that The Civilians conducted with demonstrators over the year, we will take a look back at the movement from its inception last September to the present. The upcoming cabaret features material exploring how this dynamic call to action has evolved over the past year and what the future holds. This will be an international event where various groups across the country and world will also gather to share in the storytelling of this historic movement. Don't miss this one-night-only performance of monologues and songs crafted from interviews in The Civilians' entertaining and thought-provoking style, offers a unique glimpse into the personal stories behind this current exercise of democracy that will leave its mark our nation's history.
