Writer/Singer/Composer Michael V. Doane
celebrates his debut solo album after 25 years of living and creating
in the greatest city in the world. His journey has crossed many genres,
from boy-band success to regional theatre acclaim, and performances on
Broadway and international tours, as well as television and film. He has
written songs for American Idol, the movie 'From the 50 Yard Line' and
for many artists' ranging from legendary girl-group Expose to Broadway
star, BJ Crosby. More recently he has composed for the stage. His
musical Soul Kitchen played to SRO audiences at Joe's Pub in 2010, and
is slated for a full-scale, NY production next year. LITTLE KID is his
first solo recording of all-original material, with many industry
insiders already hailing it a critical success with 'the sound and
production quality of a major-release.' (Bullet Music) Michael's very
excited to premiere the album with a return to the legendary Joe's Pub.
