Dawn of Midi is
Aakaash Israni, Amino Belyamani and Qasim Naqvi. The band's 2010 debut
record, First, was met with worldwide critical acclaim. After more than 2
years in development, Dawn of Midi presents the music from their
forthcoming sophomore album (to be released on Thirsty Ear Records in
early 2013) featuring the unveiling of a new genre: Minimal-Acoustic.
Minimal-Acoustic:
A rhythmic language with roots in IDM and Minimal House Music,
distilled into its essence and performed live by acoustic instruments.
