The Sunny Jain Collective presents TABOO, inspired by the ancient poetic
form of ghazal and addresses topics often glossed over in the South
Asian community. TABOO was created with support from Chamber Music
America's New Works: Creation and Presentation Program, funded through
the generosity of the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, and features
Sunny Jain - drums/dhol, Marc Cary - piano/keys, Steve Welsh -
saxophones/effects, Gary Wang - bass, Samita Sinha - vocals, and Achyut
Joshi - vocals
