Sunshine Brothers, Australia’s finest organic
reggae/dub band are in the Big Apple to record their second album at
Daptone Studios and play their first ever North American show at Joe’s.
The Sunshine Brothers like to party pretty hard themselves but keep the
place swaying with a combination of bass, drums, piano, trumpet,
melodica, guitar and the occasional sweet vocals of Cheeky. They’ve
shared stages in Australia with Lily Allen, Roni Size, Fat Freddys
Drop, Cat Empire, Salmonella Dub, Xavier Rudd, Gomez, Beastie Boys,
Arrested Development and Gomez and now they’re coming direct to you
from Australia via the UK to share a few drinks and a good time at
