THE SHARP THINGS are a 12+ piece orchestral sprawl that has been growing not just in size but in popularity here in their native NYC. The band's current LP, "A Moveable Feast" (bar/none) has been getting raves in the press as well. Led by warbler/ivory tickler Perry Serpa, the band takes its cues from classic songwriters like Jimmy Webb, Burt Bacharach, Scott Walker and Brian Wilson... you get the picture. Strings! Horns!
