Astrograss celebrates the release of their first full-length CD for kids - Astrograss Stays Up All Night at this family matinee show.

Astrograss For Kids is an interactive, captivating performance featuring the Astrograss brand of kids' music - a quirky mix of bluegrass, folk, and humor. Highlights of the show include dance contests set to high-energy fiddle hoedowns, original songs by Astrograss dealing with topics such as bedtimes to Pluto the planet, musical interpretations of the poetry of local Brooklyn children, and sing-alongs to some of the most beloved songs of all time. This year, they've enjoyed playing at the legendary Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival on the Family Stage, performing sold-out shows at Symphony Space and Brooklyn Academy of Music's Harvey Theatre, recording with Dan Zanes, and conducting educational programs in area schools.

Doors for this special Family Matinee show will open at 11AM and a brunch menu will be available!
