As evidenced on his critically-acclaimed, Nettwerk debut album, Lost & Found, Griffin has taken the lessons hes learned from such industry legends as Woody Guthrie and Bruce Springsteen, and applied them to a collection of music that instantly qualifies him as one of the most intriguing new songwriters to emerge in recent memory. Hitting the road solidly, Griffin has toured with, and thrived amongst, a raft of heavy hitters including Patti Scialfa, Mindy Smith, Josh Ritter, Sarah Harmer, Over the Rhine, Gomez, Teitur, Ari Hest, Amy Correia, and Matt Nathanson. Successfully rounding out his first headlining tour in February, Griffin now stands on the threshold of an even more promising year as he celebrates the release of his latest album.

Two brothers who are looking for a band name choose the name Sons of William in honor of their father, Bill, who has been the main musical influence in their lives. It's perfect. But it doesn't just stop at the name. The songs are tight, the music is beautiful, and the performance is flawless. Whether they take after their old man or not, these kids have their jobs down to a science. The band proudly wears its influences on their sleeves, as aspects of blues and classic rock shine through the music.
