CAP21 presents a showcase of pop, rock and country tunes by its 3rd Year students. CAP21 is a not-for-profit theatre dedicated to the creation of new work, the development of new talent, and the building of new audiences. The CAP21 Conservatory was founded in 1993 by Frank and Eliza Ventura as a response to the need for in depth acting training in musical theatre. The mission of the Conservatory is to train actors who sing and dance as well as to provide performance outlets for its students. Since 1995, over 60 CAP21 alums have been cast in 70 different Broadway shows including 42nd Street, Annie Get Your Gun, Cabaret, Fosse, Hairspray, Jane Eyre, Les Miserables, Mamma Mia, Man of La Mancha, Oklahoma!, The Crucible, The Full Monty, The Producers, The Radio City Rockettes, Gypsy, Little Shop of Horrors, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Light in the Piazza, The Woman in White, A Chorus Line, and Spring Awakening not to mention national and international tours and regional theatre productions across the country.
