Show Description

The Country Music Association Songwriters Series Celebrates the CMA Awards Performances from CMA Award-winning songwriters.  This special show includes host Bob DiPiero along with very special guests Gary Burr, Sam and Annie Tate, and special guest, country music star Josh Turner (at 9:30 show only)!

Bob DiPiero has written such award-winning songs as "Blue Clear Sky" by George Strait and "Take Me As I Am" by Faith Hill, and "World's Apart" by Vince Gill. Among many, some of Gary Burr's songs include "What Mattered Most" by Ty Herndon, "I Try To Think About Elvis" by Patty Loveless, and "To Be Loved By You" by Wynonna.  Sam and Annie Tate have written such country goodies as "Moments" by Emerson Drive, “If You're Going Through Hell (Before The Devil Even Knows)" by Rodney Atkins, and "Somebody" by Reba McEntire.
