"When Hamilton strums his acoustic guitar, casually wails into his harmonica, and leads the American Babies in another one of their wistful numbers, he channels a young Gram Parsons (or perhaps a more sober Ryan Adams). And when the American Babies wrap their three-part harmonies around Hamilton's twangy baritone, it's not hard to see this group - and their young leader - enjoying a career as lengthy as those aforementioned luminaries."

Jason Rossi is a New York based singer-songwriter, whose acoustic style has been influenced by a diverse group -- Bob Dylan, John Prine, Bruce Springsteen and the late, great Townes van Zandt to name a few.
Jason's solo acoustic career began in small venues in New York and Los Angeles, where his song "Mr. Sunshine" was selected for an episode of Dane Cook's HBO series, "Tourgasm". It was also in Los Angeles that Jason spent one memorable Sunday afternoon travelling with, and musing over Ramblin' Jack Elliot's Martin D-28. Jason's music weaves introspective stories of his life and travels from New York to L.A. and back again. His band, Hey Battlefield, includes an outstanding group of New York based musicians. Together, they take the music to a level that must be paid attention to.
