Baby Loves Music (www.babylovesmusic.com) is proud to announce the September 30th release of Baby Loves Salsa, a CD and colorful book featuring real salsa music by amazing artists under the direction of band leader and singer Jose Condé and produced by Grammy Award winning producer Aaron Levinson of the Spanish Harlem Orchestra. Baby Loves Salsa family concerts already this year at Central Park, Miami’s Bicentennial Park and San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park will continue with a free concert on October 12th at Joe’s Pub in New York City.
“This is real salsa music, with lyrics that are friendly to children,” says Condé. “We have an all-star band of performers coming to the Joe’s Pub show.” Performers include: Pedro Giraudo on contrabass, Pablo Vergara on piano, Benjamin Lapidus on tres guitar, Roman Diaz on conga, Steve Gluzband on trumpet, Tony Devivo on timbales. Christina Caceres and Condé will be lead vocalists.
The band will perform bilingual tunes from the new Baby Loves Salsa CD, including “Somos la Banda” (We are the Band), “Bailar Rapido” (Dance Fast) and “Mi Familia es la Musica” (Music is My Family) among other originals.
