Amayo presents a short musical show integrating The FU Chinese Lion Dance and FU Afrobeat music, celebrating Chinese New Year.
Amayo's sound is an Afrobeat blend of African spiritual rhythms, Chinese rhythms, funk, highlife and jazz infused with political messages. Amayo is largely known in the U.S. and abroad for his work with the acclaimed group Antibalas.
