Singer/songwriter Rebecca Pidgeon's 2008 album Behind The Velvet Curtain drew raves for pulling back the screen on her alluring vocal style ‘her warm tone has won over an impressive roster of supporters,'  boasted Daily Variety, as the mainstream music world finally began to take notice of the charismatic star - 'It's her best work yet,' noted the Chicago Sun Times.  Her fifth studio album was produced by 2008 Grammy winner Larry Klein (Herbie Hancock’s River: The Joni Letters).  After releasing an impressive string of albums bridging an imaginative blend of styles, including pop, country, bossa-nova, and an indie-cool re-boot of the Beach Boys' classic 'Wouldn't It Be Nice' (that has become a digital fan-fave, as well), Rebecca meshed her unique songmaking skills with a formidable stage presence, honing her  live repotoire in packed clubs on both coasts, including a supporting stint for acclaimed singer/songwriter Aimee Mann. Rebecca has also garnered raves for her distinguised acting career, appearing in many of writer/director David Mamet’s films and plays, including Boston Marriage, Oleanna and acclaimed roles in Heist, The Winslow Boy, and others.
