The indie music blog celebrates one year of shows at Joe's Pub with a unique set from L.A.-based singer-songwriter Henry Wolfe, who brings with him a small orchestra and backing vocalists. The former lead singer of the NYC indie rock band Bravo Silva trades guitars for classical string instruments for a piece called Wolfe Sings Field. The work tells a dark comic story that is based on the songs of writer Peter Field. Wolfe will also perform some solo songs including "Stop That Train," which is featured in the Nora Ephron comedy, Julia & Julia.
