Jennifer Damiano and Adam Chanler-Berat -- two of Broadway’s brightest up-and-coming talents, currently starring as Natalie and Henry in the Tony-winning musical Next to Normal -- are taking their turn in the spotlight at Joe's Pub. The concert will feature the popular pair sharing their musical inspirations through duets and solo performances of some of the songs that made them fall in love with music.
Jennifer made her Broadway debut in the original cast of Spring Awakening at age 15 and went on to receive a Tony Award nomination for her performance in Next to Normal. She reprises her role from the Second Stage premiere as well as the Arena Stage production, which also earned her a Helen Hayes nomination. Adam made his Broadway debut with Next to Normal following originating the role at Second Stage and DC’s Arena Stage. Other credits include A Civil War Christmas, Calvin Berger, Dani Girl, Mae West at Club El Fae, Honk, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Lord of the Flies.
The concert will be directed by Laura Pietropinto (Next to Normal) and is being produced by jokr productions (Joey Oliva & Katie Riegel) and Noah Cornman.
