Different Drummers concludes SONiC, Sounds Of a New Century, with an evening of new music for percussion. SONiC is a new nine-day, city-wide festival devoted to music written in the first decade of the 21st Century by composers age 40 and under. SONiC is a production of American Composers Orchestra and the Alice M. Ditson Fund, made possible with additional support from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts and The Booth Ferris Foundation.
