The Epiphany Project
"Epiphany’s live show has a wild and haunting energy. The rhythms are mesmerizing and Bet’s four-octave voice is stunning."
“Some of the most evocative and intelligent music to come down the pike.”
The Epiphany Project has a sound that seems to reach through time, fusing ancient languages, cultures and philosophies to create music that is at once timeless, primitive, worldly and contemporary. The ensemble features Bet Williams, a highly theatrical, fearless singer/songwriter with a stunning four-octave-range voice and John Hodian, a NY Emmy Award winning composer and improvising pianist with Armenian roots. Along with world class percussionist Mal Stein, the band’s infectious grooves and energetic performances have thrilled audiences on 5 different continents. Each show is a unique event as the spontaneous interplay between musicians transforms the songs night after night. Now based in Berlin, Germany, Epiphany Project makes only rare appearances in the U.S. The band will have just returned from a mostly sold out European tour.
