Two Great Bluegrass Shows In One Week

By Kenneth Good on Feb 20, 2009 10:18 PM    - Report this Comment

It doesn't get any better than seeing bluegrass music's entertainers of the year, Dailey & Vincent, especially in a great venue like Joe's Pub. The only disappointment was being bumped by Rounder Records from a prime table we had reserved and relegated to sit in the corner.

Great Bluegrass Show

By Kenneth Good on Feb 20, 2009 9:53 PM    - Report this Comment

Being a bluegrass picker and show promoter on the Eastern Shore of Maryland I was glad to see some great bluegrass in NYC on a recent trip to the city. The Steep Canyon Rangers put on a fantastic show and what a bonus to see Steve Martin get on stage and play "The Crow" with them. Our seats, the service and the food could not have been better.

I'm very disappointed her appearance was canceled. Any word as to why or if she's rescheduling?
